KETO CHICKEN CRUST PIZZA IS THE EASIEST KETO PIZZA RECIPE EVER!

Chicken crust pizza is an almost zero carb pizza crust that is made without using nut flours. This delicious keto chicken pizza crust is loaded with protein and healthy fats. The whole family will love this easy chicken dinner!

This chicken pizza crust only requires FOUR ingredients – ground chicken, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese and egg! I like to add seasonings to my crust like garlic powder and italian seasoning but you can omit this especially if you are looking for a carnivore pizza.

My kids love this pizza. I think it’s their favorite of all the pizzas I make, but they are huge meat eaters. I love how thick this crust is! This is a go-to keto dinner recipe for me. With my busy sports family, this recipe is a lifesaver. In this video, I’ll show you exactly how to make chicken crust pizza!

KETO CHICKEN PIZZA CRUST
1 pound ground chicken
1 egg
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon italian seasoning (optional)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix until combined. Form chicken mixture into a ball.
Place a piece of parchment paper on a baking tray, pizza pan or pizza stone. Press chicken mixture out onto the parchment paper to form a pizza crust shape that is about 1/2 inch thick.
Bake in a 450 degree oven for 15 minutes.
Add your favorite pizza toppings. Broil on high to melt the cheese on the toppings until bubbly.

  1. I've made chicken crust pizza many times using either canned chicken or ground chicken. I like using the ground chicken better but I roll it out thinner than you did in the video. It makes the crust crispier which I like. My whole family likes it!

  2. I tried a different chicken crust using canned chicken and it was really dry. Maybe I cooked it overcooked. I will try urs w fresh chicken and once baked will put under the broiler for a few minutes only to melt cheese and heat toppings a bit. It looks moist!! Thank you.
