1 1/2 tbsp avocado oil
⅓ cup of bean sprouts
1 teaspoon of mince garlic
Low carb noodles (
3 green onions
1/4 cup water
CHOW MEIN SAUCE:
¼ teaspoon of xanthan
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 teaspoon of grated ginger
1 1/2 tbsp cooking wine or Mirin
2 tsp sweetener
1/2 tsp sesame oil

  1. Your natural nail beds and hands are so beautiful. Please free yourself from fake nails. I love all of your videos and recipes so much, but it's sometimes scary to watch you chop things. I'm always afraid you are gonna cut into a nail.

  2. PSA: Shirataki/Konjack noodles DO NOT always digest properly and can come through the human body like a piece of corn! They are delicious when prepared properly and take on the taste of the meal, but can scare a person to death and make them think they have worms!! LMAO – literally!!

  3. I don’t know why but I just can’t get used to the rubbery texture of the shirataki noodles and I have tried but I just can’t. I use the heart of palm (Palmini brand is my fav) because it cooks just like regular pasta (boil in salted water with a little EVOO for 20 min. and it’s just like al dente pasta)

  4. Wow! You've convinced me to try this. I love Chinese food. I have to change my diet due to being prediabetic now. Hoping to stay off of taking medication changing my diet.
    Question: is Oyster sauce strong tasting? Does it mellow out the taste with all the other ingredients?
