Keto Cauliflower Steak Recipe:
Cauliflower – 1 no
For The Marinade:
Olive Oil – 2 tbsp
Garlic (finely chopped) – 1 tbsp
Oregano – ¼ tsp
Cumin Powder – ½ tsp
Red Chilli Flakes – ½ tsp
Salt – ¼ tsp
Lemon Juice – ½ tsp
Red Chilli Powder – ¼ tsp
Garlic Yogurt Dip:
Garlic (finely chopped) – ½ tsp
Curd – ½ Cup
Salt – ¼ tsp
Lemon Juice – ½ tsp
Cooking Instructions:
1. Preheat an oven at 200 C.
2. Clean the cauliflower head in salted water.
3. Cut into large “steak” pieces/ thick slices lengthwise.
4. Combine the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl.
5. Place the cauliflower slices on a baking sheet and brush the marinade generously on both sides. Roast until golden brown, 20 minutes.
6. For the yogurt dip: whisk the ingredients listed until smooth.
7. Serve the cauliflower steaks with garlic yogurt dip.
