  1. I can’t get Swerve in this country. I have ‘Pure Via’ Stevia Leaf granules. The ingredients are:

    erythritol, sweetener: steviol glycosides (0.75%), natural flavourings.

    Would this work and would they still be Keto? The nutritional info says it’s 0 kcal per 100g but 99g carbs/0g sugar per 100g?!
