Keto Cabbage Pasta Noodles

Ingredients
Cabbage – 500 grams
Mayonnaise – 3 tablespoons
Greek yogurt – 4 tablespoons
Oregano – 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice – 1/2 lemon
Butter – 2 teaspoon
Chopped onion – 1
Spring onion

Preparation
Cut cabbage in pasta shaped slices.
In a mixing bowl add mayonnaise, greek yoghurt, oregano, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, salt and lemon juice. Mix well and keep aside.
In a kadhai add butter and chopped onion. Saute well untill translucent. Add chopped cabbage and cook well for 2 minutes. Transfer cooked cabbage to mayonnaise paste. Mix well. Garnish with chopped spring onion.
