  1. For those not onboard with almond flour: 
    I just made this using just 2 tablespoons of coconut flour and even though this IS a small batch, I couldn't eat it all…I even added some chia seeds; probably could add some creamy peanut butter; the possibilities are endless! Thanks for the inspiration Joe!
