Full Keto Biscuits / KFC Style Biscuits Recipe:

Yields: 8

Ingredients :

1 cup of almond flour
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of baking powder
4 egg whites
2 tablespoons cold butter cut into pieces
1 tablespoon of sweetener

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
Grease a cupcake pan with coconut oil spray.
Whip egg whites until very fluffy.
In a separate medium bowl, mix the baking powder into the almond flour.
Then cut in the butter and salt.
Gently fold in the dry mixture into the whites.
Using a ice cream scoop, scoop the dough into the cupcake tin and bake for 8 to 10 minutes

“Honey” Butter
2 tablespoons of melted butter
1 tablespoon of Choczero maple syrup (
Melt butter and in syrup adjust to taste]

  1. I made today and brought them to a family birthday party! Some of my family gets annoyed about the whole idea of keto and I didn’t tell them they were. They loved it and were surprised to find out they were keto! Tip for people is to make sure the eggs are at room temp so they fluff up easily.

  2. Ok, I forgot to mention… These biscuits hold together when you tear them apart they do not crumble! I tore mine in half and dunked some in my chicken and kale soup that was absolutely delicious!
    I cannot rave enough!!! Be careful people, these may be low-carb biscuits… But they are so dang good, you definitely cannot just eat one 🤩🤩🤩

  4. Made these over the weekend. Came together super fast and were a great alternative to full fat biscuits. Made them into breakfast sandwiches the day of then today I took the left overs and made mini pizza bites. Cut the biscuit in half and broiled them (because they get soft when you store them) then took out of the oven and added 1/2 tsp pizza sauce, pinch of mozzarella cheese, a pepperoni and a pinch of parm cheese to each one and broiled again. Yummy! Thanks for the recipe. Can't wait to try more of them!!
