All By Using My Keto Self-Rising Flour!

NET CARBS PER BISCUIT 1.3 CARBS!

Biscuit Ingredients

2 1/2 cups of my self rising flour

1 Stick cold butter cubed
1 cup warm heavy cream
1 tsp appple cider vinegar
1/4 cup Allulose

Gravy
1 pound sausage
3 Tbs butter
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup My all purpose flour
1 1/2 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 cup water

425 for 10 minutes

  2. I just made these. Wow! I am usually disappointed with keto bread substitutes because I live in Europe and the bread here is amazing. These biscuits did not disappoint! They are delicious! I don't have access to the ingredient brands that you used, and they still turned out yummy-yummy! We don't have allulose here, so I just left the sweetener out. Did I mention that these are wonderful? Thank you for spending your time to figure out the recipe for keto flour! <3

  3. So, I tried almond yogurt instead of heavy cream and because I can only get the Anthony's brand oat fibre, I need less liquid. They turned out great! Thank you Victoria for all your hard work and sharing it with us. Keto is not easy. God Bless!

  6. I made these this morning and they were very good, I think next time I will do some sugar free preserves. I'm gonna freeze whats left but my kid ate 2 and my hubby ate 1 and said they liked them. The taste is great and the texture is like whole wheat as good as you can get to the real deal!

  7. I have been watching your videos for about a month. Yesterday I saw Ketotwins video for your biscuits and gravy recipes. Sooooo….I had some leftover hamburger gravy and decided to make the biscuits to put it on. I was not disappointed. Fluffy and soft. A little too sweet for me but I am a Northern girl. They would be perfect as a shortcake. I will definitely make again with a tad less sugar. Thank you for the recipe.
