I thought you had to use a cold metal pan to peek egg whites? I noticed you use a glass bowl I only have a plastic one will it affect the outcome?
Hi looks good. I have a bundt pan that has seen better days. I wonder if I should pray it with no stick. Also I only have Meyer lemon would it be ok to use?
Not sure why but we cannot get the egg whites to thicken after two attempts. A dozen eggs and 15-20 minutes of beating and they are like thin pancake batter. Only difference is my wife is using a stainless steel bowl. Either that or plastic. We don't have a glass one. Very frustrating…

Con todo respeto para Ketosert quiero compartir algunos consejos por si les sirven a alguien más. Tiene ya 2 horas que salió del horno, es delicioso, tiene una textura parecida al dulce de algodón de azúcar , se deshace en la boca y en cuanto al caramelo Si o Si tienen que usar allulosa ya que es el único endulzante aprobado en Keto que se carameliza muy parecido al azúcar regular, el erithritol no logra caramelizar, en los ingredientes Ketosert da la opción de usar erithritol pero solamente en las claras batidas No en el caramelo, pónganle cuidado a ese dato
When you are caramelizing the allulose do you add water! Because it’s very liquidy
