Karuppu Ulundhu Adai – Diabotic- Protein rich recipe- Popular Indian breakfast recipe
Par boiled rice – 1 ½ cup
Thuar dhal – 1 cup
Whole black urad – ½ cup
Red chillies – 6
Pepper – ½ tsp
Cumin seeds – ¾ tsp
Salt – as req
Oil – enough to fry
1. Soak rice, dhal together for 3 hours.
2.Grind red chillies, pepper, cumin and then soaked ingredients to coarse paste.
3. Grind urad without soaking (just wash) to coarse paste.
4. Mix both together add salt and grind once.
5. Prepare small adai on a hot tawa with enough oil around.

Sambha rawa – 1 cup
Small onions – 3
Green chilles – 2
Thick tamarind extract – little
Salt – to taste
Oil – as req.
1.Soak sambha rawai with sjust enough water to cover for 5 hours.
2. Grind onion, green chillies, salt together and mix with soaked wrawa with vey little tamarind paste.
3. Pat on a hot tawa directly like thick roti.
4. Put 3 holes in the centre , add oil, close with lid and cook on both sides.
5. Serve with thokku.
