6 oz (170g) Brussel Sprouts
3.5 oz (100g) Broccoli
8 oz (227g) Cabbage
1/3 Cup Dried Cranberries
3.5 oz (100g) Raw Pumpkin Seeds
1/2 Tsp Yellow Mustard Seeds
1 Tsp Poppy Seeds
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp White Wine Vinegar
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Sugar
1/2 Tsp Salt
1- Chop the kale, cabbage, brussel sprouts, and broccoli.
