1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cajun seasoning

3 Chicken Tenderloin Pieces:
1 egg
1/4 cup unflavored protein powder (I used this one:
1/4 cup grated parmesan
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cajun seasoning
1/4 tsp salt

** TO SHALLOW FRY: I used about 1/2 cup of avocado oil**
**TO AIRFRY: You can use avocado spray**
