needed for all organs/bones and its also something that makes our skin plump and elastic and delay ageing signs.
and this does not come from plants..

Many folks with GI problems cannot eat raw veggies. It causes flare ups. Would participate otherwise.. so I’ll just juice 😊
I live in the Pacific Northwest & it's the middle of winter so unsure I will always be able to get the fruits & veggies you may have included in this 21 day challenge
