I've Spent 15 Years Perfecting This Chicken Caesar Salad Recipe

My chicken caesar salad isn’t exactly a traditional or classic preparation but that’s exactly what I like about it. I believe people who don’t even like anchovies will appreciate this dressing.

Caesar Dressing Recipe:
1 whole egg
1 tsp water
2-3 garlic cloves
2-3 anchovies
1-2 tsp Worcestershire
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tbsp WW vinegar
3/4 cup avocado oil
2 oz Parmesan
5 tbsp EVOO
Salt and pepper to taste

Garlic Basil Chicken Recipe:
2 lbs chicken breast
5-7 cloves of peeled garlic chopped
1/2 tsp kosher salt with the garlic
10 sprigs of fresh thyme stripped (optional)
2 oz fresh basil picked from stem
1 tsp chili flakes
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
Fresh lemon and Maldon salt to finish

Paper Crostini Recipe:
4 cups thinly sliced bread of choice (I use sourdough)
2 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 1/2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp water
1 tsp garlic powder
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
