  1. RECIPE (5 servings, 1h prep time):
    -2kg tomatoes
    -1 big onion
    -2 heads garlic
    Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and roast at 200C/400F for 50mins.
    -a handful fresh basil
    -1/4 cup (60ml) vegan cream
    -1/2 cup water
    -salt to taste
    Optional:
    -2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
    -2 Tbsp tomato paste
    Blend until smooth and heat it up again.
    Serve with bread or vegan grilled cheese.
