Here’s the Instant Pot Pressure Cooker:
This is a delicious bone broth cooked from beef bones and fresh vegetables in the Instant Pot. An hour under pressure brought the marrow from the bones and the nutrients from the vegetables to a flavorful broth to be used in soups and stews. We reserved some for the freezer for a future meal and used one in Tortellini Ham soup which can be viewed in another of my videos. Compare to a store brand of beef broth, you’ll be glad you made this broth from scratch when you see all the added chemicals and coloring in the packaged products. Fresh is best!!! Thanks for watching!
