• Semolina / Soji / Rava – 1 cup
• Green Peas – ¼ cup
• Ginger – ½ inch
• Green Chilli – 2
• Curry Leaves – 2
• Curd / Dahi – ½ cup
• Cumin Seeds – ½ tsp
• Chopped Onion – ¼ cup
• Lime Juice – 1 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Sugar – ¼ tsp
• Water – ¾ cup
• Eno – 1 tsp
• Oil for roasting
• Appam pan
