Green moong dal dosa
Portion serving : 4-5 pax

Calories: 203 approx per portion
Whole green moong dal soaked 1 cup
Chana dal soaked ¼ cup
Plain rolled oats ½ cup
Green chilli 2 pcs
Ginger ½ inch
Jeera ½ tbsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Water as required
Schezwan chutney ¼ cup
Corn kernels boiled ½ cup
Processed cheese 2 cubes
Paneer 100 gms
Carrot peeled 1 pc
Coriander chopped 1 tbsp
Oil as required
Take a mixer jar, add soaked whole green moong dal, soaked chana dal, green chillies, ginger, jeera, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, some water and it to a thick coarse texture.
Then add oats and give a quick spin.
The texture of batter should be a little grainy and thick.
Heat a pan, apply oil over the pan. Once it gets hot, sprinkle water on it and clean it with a tissue paper or kitchen towel.
Pour one ladle of batter and spread it evenly as guided in the video.
Then top it with some chopped onion, schezwan chutney and spread it evenly.
Then add grated carrot, boil corn kernels, chopped coriander, grated cheese, grated paneer and lightly press it.
Drizzle some oil from the top and roast it for a min.
Once it gets crispy, roll it to a cylindrical shape, cut it into 3 and transfer it to a plate.
Garnish it with grated paneer and serve hot.
