Highly requested official recipe for my Vegan Gulab Jamun cake people. This is no regular cake! The texture resembles that of an actual Gulab Jamun (traditional Indian dessert), super moist and soft. I hope you make it!

Serves: 10 slices
Ingredients:
7 slices of white bread
1/2 cup cashews
1 cup soy milk
1/2 cup water (plus more if require)
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup oil
1/2 tsp ground cardamom seeds
Few strands of saffron
1 tbsp rose water/Gulab jal

Gulab Jamun is Bangladeshi. Most of the desserts that you guys think are “Indian” are actually from Bangladesh or Pakistan. Indians need to stop taking from Bangladeshi and Pakistani culture and start making their own stuff. Thank you.
