Ingredients:
1 Cup – Ragi Flour, 4 Tbsp Jaggery, 1/2 Cup Fresh coconut pieces, 4 Elachi, 1 Tbsp Milk, 2 Riped Bananas, Ghee and fresh honey to serve
Preparation
Heat a pan add jaggery powder and little water and allow it melt.
Once jaggery melts completely switch off the stove and allow it to cool.
Take blender add banana pieces, coconut pieces, cardamon and one table spoon of look warm milk. Blend it into a fine paste.
In mixing bowl add Rag flour, jaggery water, blended mixture and prepare a batter as shown.
Now heat a pan apply some ghee and pour pan cake batter and spread evenly.
Close the lid and cook in medium flame for 2 to 3 mins. Flip and fry.
That’s it. Mouth watering pan cakes are ready. Serve with honey.
These pan cakes are very good for health as it contains iron, calcium and protein. which is completely balanced dish for breakfast, snack or any meal of the day.

This is a very nice recipe for everyone but it is not diabetic friendly. Jaggery is a form of sugar.
