If you have ripe bananas🍌🍌🍌and flour, prepare this SUGAR-FREE & EGGLESS recipe, sweet and delicious!
Today I made this healthy no-knead sugar & egg-free bread with ripe bananas. It’s very soft and delicious when it’s fresh out of the oven. Because there are no sugar and egg, it will become harder if left untouched for a day or two. I would recommend eating the bread on the same day. If there are leftovers, I would recommend reheating the bread with a few sprinkles of water and microwave it for 15-30 seconds. I hope everyone likes it!
3 small ripe bananas 260g
1tsp active dry yeast 3g
1tbsp unsalted butter 15g
all-purpose or bread flour 250g
1/2tsp salt 3g
1tsp ground cinnamon 3g
