  1. I just went through your playlist videos and I might have missed it but, I didn't see any oil-free specific videos in a playlist.

    I enjoy watching your videos and some of your recipes but I would really like to see some more videos with recipes that don't include oil in any way, shape, or form. For example, I can't find a good vegan cheese that's already made because they all have oil in them so I don't get any.

    There's so many good recipes if yours I can't make because it's not practical (term used loosely) without oil. A lot of recipes you can use water to stir fry things or even vegetable broth but some things don't seem to come out "right" with certain recipes unless you use oil also known as highly concentrated fat.

    Many vegans eat what they think is a healthy diet yet they still remain overweight and have poor skin complexion with zits/breakouts even as adults and they have the nerve to act surprised when I tell them they should try cutting out any and all forms of oil from their diet. Then they actually try it and have the nerve to act surprised AGAIN when it actually has a positive effect on losing weight and better skin tone by eliminating any oils.

    But anyway off of my soapbox, as I said I enjoy watching your videos but I would like to see a playlist full of oil-free recipes. If you have them available please consider putting all of those in one playlist so that picky seemingly judgmental people like me can still enjoy your recipes, lol.

    Thank you for sharing all of your recipes with us I really do appreciate it as I know it takes a lot to edit them put them together and all of that stuff.

  2. Rose, the Turkish version of this salad (kisir) is made with bulgur+tomato paste+pepper paste, and then all the other stuff added (cucumber, onion, parsley, etc). It's really far superior! The tomato paste is a real game changer and gives it its colour. I highly recommend you try it, it's perfect for picnics, office lunches, potlucks, and even hangovers in my opinion!

  3. Ikr it's crazy what she said about the chickpeas hahaha. Beans are soooo good for your digestion and your gut microbiome too. She probably eats lean meats like chicken and fish like salmon, stuff like that which are considered healthy but have no fibre in them and don't really contribute to the state of your gut at all.
