  1. Most Edgy Veg recipes look delicious, but if I could make a suggestion it would be to experiment off camera like most recipe testers and just show the successful recipes on camera. It’s not enjoyable to watch a video and for you to finish by telling us it needs tweaks. Perfect it and then share it please. All that said, I think you do know how to cook well and the video work is easy to watch.

I have several friends who are vegan. I love cooking for them since I have found your channel. Thank you for trying out all the different ways to make things I love so they can have something good to eat too. You're great. Don't let others in your head. Keep up the great work. 💗

  3. Alternatively you can stop before the dredging and steaming and instead fry them in a hot skillet with salt and lots of oil. Mushrooms are so awesomely meaty but fat and salt is what makes pepperoni so delicious! I'd be very curious to know why they're steamed, to cook the starch maybe? That Maillard reaction would bring out so much flavour and texture. Cool idea!
