I Tried Fathead Pizza Dough | Keto Pizza Recipe + Life Update | 100lb Weight Loss Journey

Food Scale:
Pizza Tray:
Almond Flour:
Rawoos Pizza Sauce:
Parchment Paper:
Pizza Cutter:
Eyeliner I wear:

1 Cup super-fine almond flour
1 Large egg
2 1/2 Cups full fat mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsps full fat softened cream cheese
1/4 Cup Raos pizza sauce
Artichoke hearts (or topping of choice)

-Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
-In a medium sized bowl add the cream cheese and 1 1/2 cups of the mozzarella, and microwave for 45 seconds
-Mix and combine the two cheeses together.and then microwave another 45 seconds.
-Add egg and almond flour
-Combine all the ingredients with a spatula until a ball of dough forms.
– Press out the dough into the shape of a circular pizza crust
-Poke crust with a fork
-Bake for about 10 minutes, or golden brown
-Remove from the oven and add the sauce, and toppings.
-Bake for another 5 minutes (or until the cheese melts)

  1. This is coming at a perfect time! I just started keto with my mom and we have both lost some weight already. I'm a huge carb lover so it's been a little hard to get used to it but if I can make keto pizza, I think I'll be good lol. I hope your situation gets better though, life is tough but we are tougher!
