Chia seed jam:
protein peanut butter: 2 tbsp peanut butter + ½ mashed banana + 1 tsp Flax seed + Cinnamon + 1 tsp hemp hearts + 1 tbsp protein powder

Oat layer: 1/2 cup oats + 1 tbsp pb + 1 tbsp chia seeds + 1/4 cup greek yogurt + 1/2 cup milk + 1 scoop protein + pinch of salt
Caramel layer: 2 medjoul dates + 1 tbsp pb + water to thin
Chocolate layer: melted chocolate chips + coconut oil, topped with sea salt

PEANUT BUTTER YOGURT BARK:

FROZEN BANANA PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE POPSICLES:

DAY 4: 10:41-13:12

Peanut sauce (BLEND):
⅓ cup peanut butter
⅓ cup orange juice
3 tbsp sesame oil
2 garlic cloves
3 tbsp fresh lime juice
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sriracha
4 slices fresh ginger
1 ½ tbsp hoisin sauce
Thin out with water
Mix with chopped veggies of choice

PEANUT BUTTER PIZZA:
PB pizza sauce:
greek yogurt crust: 85g self-rising flour + 95g greek yogurt
Air fry for 10 -12 mnss

PEANUT BUTTER LAVA CAKE:
Fill w/ peanut butter instead of chocolate

Day 5: 13:12-15:12
NO BAKE TWIX BARS @healthfulradiance
BASE: 1/3 cup oat flour + 1/3 cup almond flour + 6 tbsp honey
CARAMEL LAYER: 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter + 3 tbsp maple syrup + 1 scoop protein powder + vanilla + sea salt
CHOCOLATE LAYER: 1/2 cup chocolate chips + 1 tbsp coconut oil + sea salt
Layer in a pan, refrigerate for 2 hours, slice

PB SPINACH MUFFINS: ⅓ cup peanut butter
PEANUT BUTTER TOFU:

Day 6: 15:12 – 16:58
Pb and J shelled overnight oats

1/2 cup oats
1/3 cup almond milk
1/4 cup Greek yogurt (i like to use vanilla)
1 scoop protein powder
1 tbsp chia seed
1 tbsp peanut butter
Top with jam layer then peanut butter, freeze, crack, enjoy

HEALTHY CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BREAD:

SINGLE SERVE REESE’S PROTEIN COOKIE @strictlythriving COOKIE
● 1/3 cup oat flour
● 1 scoop protein
● 1/2 tsp baking powder
● 3 tbsp greek yogurt
● 1 tbsp peanut butter
● 1 tbsp milk
FILLING
● 1 Reese’s cup + more pb
air fry for 8 mins or bake for 15 at 350

Day 7: 16:58 – the end
REESE’S OVERNIGHT OATS
fav overnight oats recipe +Layer with peanut butter, chocolate + coconut oil, and reese’s cup pieces

HEALTHY PB + J POPTART
• 1/3 cup oat flour
• 1/2 cup almond flour
• 1 tbsp coconut sugar
• 1/4 cup peanut butter
• 6 tbsp milk
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• filling: jam + pb
bake @ 350 for 18 mins

  1. Watching this video while eating my all time favourite breakfast: protein porridge topped with fruit and a loooot of crunchy peanutbutter.
    In my childhood peanutbutter wasn‘t a thing at all because in Germany at this time it wasn‘t a thing to eat peanutbutter as it is nearly a tradition to eat peanutbutter in other countries like the USA.
    But now as nutbutters are EVERYWHERE I still ALWAYS choose the all time classic, original peanutbutter. 😀

    ps. how amazing is this quote of „Modern Family“? (or the whole series in total?)
