This soup is versatile and can also be made for when you need a quick family meal, or if you’re just trying to stay on a healthier side of life. The BEST BIRRIA RECIPE- ———— Cook for 18 -20 minutes Ingredients 6 to 8 cups water 2 Tbsp olive oil (or oil of choice) 3 Tbsp Chicken bouillon (Knorr natural chicken bouillon) 3 ripe tomatoes 1 small yellow onion 3 garlic cloves 2 Anaheim peppers 3 Potatoes 3 Carrots 2 to 3 Zucchinis Small bunch cilantro 1 Tbsp Mexican Oregano Instant pot Sticky rice In Colorado 1 cup rice to 1 1/2 cups water Anywhere else 1 cup rice to 1 cup water 1 splash of oil to keep It shiny : ) Tip‼️ If you have home made chicken broth use that instead of chicken bouillon If using 8 cups water you might need 4 Tbsp Chicken bouillon If using regular chicken bouillon Start with 2 and adjust to taste Of you chopped your veggies larger cook for 25-30 mins Keep this soup handy in your freezer because you never know when it’s your turn to heal mis amores❤️ Adjust bouillon to taste 🛍Top selling products we use🛍 Instant Pot Aura Pro Multi-Use Programmable Slow Cooker with Sous Vide, 8 quart, Silver Vitamix Acrylic Spice Containers Our wishlist: We receive your gifts directly to our doorstep.   2. I am cooking this right now to help me heal from my recent Covid diagnosis. Two weeks already and I still have a nasty cough! I love the smells coming from my pot, but there's quite a bit of chopping. Are any of these veggies freezer friendly? I'm thinking I can maybe make the blended sauce in advance in bulk, then freeze it. I believe most of the other veggies/chilis are able to be cut and frozen, maybe just not the tomato or cilantro?
