  1. Minor correction about gluten/keto: gluten IS totally okay in moderation in keto, since it's just protein. So seitan etc. are keto-friendly. It's the starch in wheat (and any other grain/tuber/nut you're using to make flour) that makes it non-keto. The ketogenic diet is just high fat, moderate-low protein, low-no carb; nothing specifically to do with grains/wheat.

  2. The healthy vegan in my little heart wants to add veggies to all of these treats! Like how good would those tortilla cream cheese rolls be with sundried tomatoes and olives and spinach inside? Or roasted garlic smeared into the cream cheese with some broccolini and basil? And the tomato feta pasta would be so good with bell peppers, zucchini, and cloves of garlic toasting in there, too….I'm hungry lol

  3. I do the pasta snack all the time. Mostly with ramen because you don't have to cook the ramen first. But add lots of various spices to the cooked pasta after it's drained, but while it's still wet, or toss the dry ramen with a small amount of extra virgin olive oil and then spices. Then pop into air fryer. They're amazing. Friend of mine taught me about them years ago, and I both love and hate her for it, lol.
