  1. Hi Mayra! Just a quick tip: if you put the parchment paper unter running water meanwhile you crumple it with your hands then it become a cloth-like paper and you can line the baking pan very evenly every crooks and crannies. It wont be stiff anymore.

  2. I’ve been making a 90 sec microwave version of that almond flour bread for a while now. It’s a single ‘bun’ and it’s been such a game changer when I want a burger or sandwich.
    1.5 T melted butter
    3 T almond flour
    I egg
    .5 tsp baking powder
    Salt to taste
    Mix all together in a 4” round Pyrex dish and microwave 90 secs.
    Let cool then slice for a sandwich. Can also toast it for a sturdier bun or English muffin type bread. I’ve also added rosemary and other herbs for a focaccia taste.
