  1. Today is actually day 2 for me! This upload came at a good time because all day today, I’ve been trying to convince myself to just give up because I’d be happier if I could just eat a brownie and fries and chicken wings
    But I’ve eaten that way my whole life and I am in fact, NOT happy when I eat like that because I feel so out of place in my own body. 256 is my highest ever weight and I am absolutely crushed anytime someone takes a photo of me. I feel like I don’t look so heavy when I look at myself in the mirror and then I see a photo of me from the side and it’s absolutely crushing.
    I did keto in 2019 and lost like 17 lbs in my first month, but it was during the holidays and I ended up quitting because i live in Louisiana and we eat GOOD in the holidays lol and I couldn’t resist

    So now I’m trying to get back on the bandwagon and lemme tell you.. I forgot how mentally challenging the first week was. It’s a 24/7 battle in my mind of me telling myself to give up and just eat what I want, vs me trying to stay strong and disciplined. All morning, all day and all night, I’m so controlled by thoughts of all the foods that I can’t eat on keto, mainly sugar and desserts and stuff. I remember in 2019 I barely made it through the week but at the end of the first 7 days, I weighed in and had lost almost 8 entire pounds , and THAT is what kept me going for as long as I did. Seeing the scale change so drastically made my cravings worth it!

    So today, July 27th, was my second day back on keto and lemme tell you, it’s hard af not to go eat the cinnamon rolls my dad just made but this video motivates me so much to keep fighting the good fight

  2. Thank you so much Rosa! You helped me lose 35lbs in 4 months. Without your help I wouldn't have found out about Egg Fasts, OMAD and alternative Sweeteners like Stevia! I took a 2 month break and have just been doing Low Carb and haven't gained any weight back yet. I'm starting my next round of strict Keto for another 4 months. My Starting Weight was 245lbs, I'm currently 215lbs. In 4 months I know I will be past my Goal of "Get Under 200lbs in 2021" Thanks Again!!
