“Honestly finishing these workouts while changing my diet is very concerning.” Quinton loves to work out and has always thought that he needed to eat a lot of animal-based protein to see results. After seeing the documentary “The Game Changers,” he decided to see what happens if he switches to eating exclusively plant-based foods and proteins.

  1. To WHOEVER is reading this NO MATTER what you done GOD loves you and wants a relationship with you! John 3:16-17 For GOD so loved the world HE sent His only begotten son that whosoever believes in him may not die but have eternal life, For GOD did not send his son to judge the world but be it’s savior!!! GOD loves you and so do I GOD bless!!

  2. Going vegan is great but I think some of the things u are eating may need to be replaced with things of the earth that are not hybrid foods. Like Wild Rice, Quinoa, Chick peas, green, red, yellow peppers, Hemp and Chia Seeds Mushrooms etc…seeded fruits, seeded cucumbers..stay away from that white pasta, white rice..not good for you neither is soy or tofu

  3. i AHVE BEEN WANTING TO GO VEGAN FOR QUITE SOME TIME BUT YOU HAVE TRULY INSPIRED ME BY YOUR WORDS THAT YOU ARE JUST GONNA TRY MORE PLANT BASED BECAUSE WHERE I LIVE IN THE CARIBBEAN IS VERY EXPENSIVE TO MAINTAIN SUCH AND THE OPTIONS ARE VERY LIMITED

  4. The trouble with "don't try to be perfect" is that junk foods that take your health away are addictive which means if you feel the pull towards less than ideal foods you have a voice inside you telling you "try to eat the worst you can", without a voice inside you saying "try to eat as healthy as you can" how can you counteract that negative pull. There is NO drawback from setting your ideal diet as one that is optimaly healthy as every step towards that you start to feel and perform better, every step in the other direction leads to a worse situation on average.

  5. I’m taking an online cooking course Forks over Knives to get more skills and knowledge for plant based nutrition/meal planning. I understand the challenges of what you did- you have great attitude and energy! Wow, you are strategizing daily activities, eating, shopping, cooking and trading like a pro!

  6. I take the same philosophy and apply it to my grind I'm a 9 to 5 athele I I love to be active and play sports I played sports throughout high school a little more after for the most part I work grind …plant base works givesbme energy and focus discipline keep me grinding and enough energy after work week to be active with family and friends and relationship

  7. Thanks for the video.
I love the “food is information” idea of thinking about food.
How come you associate meat with fast food in this video?
This video implies you went from eating burgers and nuggets to a super clean vegan diet.
Just about any diet you change to from eating fast food is going to show health improvements.
It would be interesting to see organic carnivore vs healthy vegan in the ultimate head to head study to compare the health benefits/effects.

  8. Tempe is a typical Indonesian food made from fermented soybean seeds or several other ingredients using several types of Rhizopus molds, such as Rhizopus oligosporus, Rh. oryzae, Rh. stolonifer, or Rh. arrhizus. This fermented preparation is commonly known as "tempe yeast".
