My dandelion salad recipe:
– Dandelion greens
– Red onion
– Radishes
– Orange
– Pumpkin seeds
– Goat cheese
– Dandelion flowers
– Olive oil/lime juice dressing

  2. You might want to remove the base of the flower, the stalks and the sometimes the middle part part of the leaves. Those are the bitter parts which have the "milk" in the middle, or pick them from a shady spot. You can also make wine from the flowers and a coffee type drink from the roots!

  3. I heard from a tik tok (so take with a grain of salt) that supposedly they also can support cardiovascular health as well. I've heard dandelion tea with honey is very good! Just be careful that when you go foraging, they haven't been sprayed with herbicides.
