I wanted to share some of my favorites Salads for Rosh Hashanah. They are not only gorgeous but delicious as well. I like that they can all be arranged ahead of time and dressed right before serving. Hope you enjoy these recipes and make them for your family this Rosh Hashana.

🐝 Kale Salad Recipe:
Sliced red apples
Sliced oranges
Red onion

-Apple Cider Vinegar Dressing:
1/3 Cup of Avocado Oil
1/4 Cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
2-3 Tbsp of Honey
3 Crushed Cloves of Garlic
Salt and pepper to taste

🐝Spinach And Strawberry Salad Recipe:
Baby Spinach and Arugala Mix
Strawberries Sliced
Red onion
Sliced Apple

-Balsamic Dressing:
1/3 Cup of Avocado Oil
1/4 Cup of Balsamic Vinegar
2-3 Tbsp of Honey
Salt and pepper to taste

🐝Roasted Eggplant Salad Recipe:
Dip each eggplant circle into oil
Bake on broil until brown on each side
Separately, in a bowl, dice:
Red Peper
Red onion
3 Crushed garlic cloves
1 Tbsp of Sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 Cup of Oil
1/4 Cup of Vinegar

  1. Tried broiling eggplant for the first time after watching you. Definitely a learning curve. The eggplant can’ t be too thin and you must keep you eye on them so they don’ t burn. ( I don’ t slice evenly so a slicer with a wide setting would help me here.) All in all, they are delicious. Never would have tried this without you. Thanks. Chag Sameach.
