All looks yummy thanks!
I can’t have almond milk, is there anything else I can sub with ?
You would think that a channel named LowCarbLove would tell us how many carbs are in these drinks. 🤔
20 carbs for the small espresso brown sugar with oatmilk??? That's my allotment for the entire day!
I think I will try the passion tea in the summer. Thank you so much for not only telling us about these options but taste testing them too!!
How many carbs each????? I don't count calories.
Can anyone provide a carb count please? 🙏
I had a successful kidney transplant 7 months ago and recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I had no education/counseling on how to manage it, I was spiraling 🥴. Your videos have been a tremendous help getting through this time and I appreciate you so, so much ❤ I wish you many blessings and you are doing God’s work, thank you 🙏🏾
They need a whole sugar free or a low in sugar section I always feel so lost.
Thanks for the video, what are the carbs? Much love from the Oregon Coast
Love this so much! So helpful❤ I do miss their sugar free cinnamon syrup 😢
I want to try the Brown Sugar Oak Milk one but I'm in the boonies and no Starbucks near me and I refuse to Uber Eats for it. Looking to try and make it at home. I have done a Keto Chai at home. I get the boxed chai mix sugar-free(Sucralose) and there is an unsweetened kind. I then grab a Premier protein vanilla shake (30g) and some cinnamon and nutmeg(a teenie tiny dash of the nutmeg) and some MCT oil. I have this right after my IF. It's got fat and protein and keeps me full and gives me a chai flavor. I was never into Chai and tried the one at Starbucks and hated the taste/flavor. Now I like it.
Thank you I needed some other drinks besides my iced Americano which I do love !
Thank you for NOT being one of the influencers who just go out and bash drinks or menu item at fast food places. This is so much more helpful for people, and it's not disrespectful of the restaurant. It's showing better choices instead of vilifying. Everything in moderation.
Ty for this video
2/6 outta I buy most of the time 😊
Am gonna try it 😊
Oh😂😂😂 I thought it was the dragon drink
Omg is that the pink dragon fruit drink 😮it’s so good 😊
One of the reasons I have not tried these is because most of the sugar-free options are made with sucrulose, which is Splenda and is not a healthy sweetener. Is theirs made with sucrulose?
Myra, I’ve been looking for a keto Chile relenos casserole recipe. Have you ever done that? If not, would you please? If anyone can pull it off you can. Thanks. Fran
Starbucks needs to get with the program and incorporate more sugar free options for todays world! Just sugar free vanilla doesn’t do it. They would increase the amount of their customers (and revenue) if they would just add more sugar free options. Hopefully, they will soon!
I took screenshots of what you have there. Thank you for showing what you had ordered because now i have to stuff to try when I go with my other half to Starbucks.
ok Myra! I'm on a fixed income so I need your EXPERTISE of recreating these recipes for us, Please, Please, Please.
The Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Espresso isn't sugar-free, so I'd recommend 1-2 pumps of the brown sugar syrup because it regularly is made with 4 pumps. That should cut the calories to under 100 per Grande serving.
Thank you for sharing 💝 HOLY GOD bless you and your family 💝
Thank u soooo much 🙂
Thanks for the great video! I'm always wondering how many calories there are in some of the drinks. But, the one thing left unanswered were the amount of carbs in each of these drinks (especially that one with the Brown Sugar Oat Milk one). How are you calculating the macros for these?
Ooooo I am going to definitely try that iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso….looks and sounds yummy! 😋
Wait, it has real brown sugar in it? Or no?
Passion tea with sugar free vanilla!?! Amazing! Thank you so much!!!
I absolutely hate the taste of whatever almond milk they use. Ruins every drink
I haven't even watched this yet and I am soooo excited! I have gotten so tired of my ol Americana with a shot of expresso! Time for something new yet not sabataging to my keto lifestyle. I've lost 264 pounds and after years of keto, always looking for something new, like this. Thank you
I took a guess on the one I would like before you began the taste test and sure enough the one that is over 100 calories is the one I thought looked the best to me. But not by much. Looking forward to trying it. Thanks, good to know!
I always order a venti flat white, with almond milk and 3 pumps of whatever flavor. Lately I ask for Caramel.
You read my mind I literally was looking this up today to figure out what I could do! That’s crazy 😂
What about the carbs?
The Ketogenic Diet wasn’t around 15 years ago.
