Finely Chopped Ginger & Garlic – 1 tbsp
Sliced Onion – 1 medium size
Diced Tomato – 1 medium size
Sliced Capsicum – half cup
Carrot (julienne cut) – half cup
Cabbage – half cup
Mushroom – half cup
Radish – half cup
Bok Choy – a bunch
Noodle – 150g
Cooking oil – 2 tbsp
Garam Masala – 1/2 tbsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Water – 1.5 liter
Dark Soy Sauce – 1 tbsp
Sesame Oil – 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves and Spring Onions – 2 tbsp
