  1. he hee Your stock is like my GUMBO. i always need a bigger pot! 😆😆 it just keeps growing and growing. I like to keep with the same greens to make soup out of the broth. LIKE BROCCOILI Turnup Greens ect ect. That juice is excellent to drink or for a soup. I would kill myself if i ever pour it down the drain. LORD HELP ME ~ Where can i put all of this broth at? Every thing is full~ but some thing going when i get VENISON ~ i dearly love my VENISON YUM ~ It will be stock 1st to go, then frozen Tomato's right on down the line for MY Deer meat Reason i save broth and beef broth is? for MY TAMALES AT THE END OF THE YEAR. That where most of it will go to > I make all kinds of Mexican dishes out of tamales What is better for breakfast? Than a Hot Tamale and a glass of cold chocolate Milk YUMMY > Enough thing is better YUM

    I use a lot of veg stock. Compared to yours, those tetra packs are Saaaddd. I almost feel like I might as well add water. Is there any value at all in starting from a tetra pack and "fortifying" it? I am just afraid I won't be able to keep stock production up with my demand for it.
