  1. I’m really happy that you started a YouTube channel! I thought you were selling your recipes and doing something weird and I was disappointed but now that I see what you’re doing I’m extremely excited for you you’re not like those others are selling just to make a buck, good luck to you

  2. Thankfully I have a tortilla press I use them also to make crackers. I just cook them in the oven with a cracker recipe after I make them tortilla size and then break them up I need to avoid Almond anything as much as I can due to Oxalate Toxicity. I will try it with some of my fine ground lupin flour.

  3. Um does the butter where you ate have salt in it already? I'm in nz. Maybe we over salt our butter. If the recipe calls for unsalted butter & you use the normal one & there if baking soda in it = terrible. Waste of fancy expensive keto ingredients. I have no experience making tortillas. Can you describe who the dough feels good/right? Maybe in different recipe where the dough is the opposite (bread?) Thanks 🙂
