3 Eggs
60g Cream Cheese (e.g. Philadelphia)
3g/1 tsp Gelatin Powder
5ml/1 tsp Olive Oil

Coconut Flour Option:
Nutritional Information per 1/2 Sheet:
Cal: 261 | Net Carb: 0.2g | Fibre: 3.8g | Total Carbs: 4g | Fat: 20.7g | Protein: 13.9g
Ingredients:
20g/2 tbsp Coconut Flour
3 Eggs
60g Cream Cheese (e.g. Philadelphia)
3g/1 tsp Gelatin Powder
5ml/1 tsp Olive Oil

No Flour Option:
Nutritional Information per 1/2 Sheet:
Cal: 300 | Net Carb: 5g | Fibre: 0g | Total Carbs: 5g | Fat: 23.6g | Protein: 17.8g
Ingredients:
40g/4 tbsp No Flour Ingredient
3 Eggs
60g/ 2.1oz Cream Cheese (e.g. Philadelphia)
3g/1 tsp Gelatine Powder
5ml/1 tsp Olive Oil

DAIRY FREE OPTION:
