How to make Sugar Free Vanilla Cake | NO SUGAR, NO EGGS, NO DAIRY | Vegan Friendly

RECIPE:
180 g flour (1 cup + 3 tbsp)
40 g cornstarch or flour (1/4 cup)
140 g erythritol (or sugar) (1/2 cup + 3 tbsp)
240 g plant-based milk (1 cup)
60 g oil (1/4 cup)
10 g baking powder (2 tsp)
8 g vanilla extract (2 tsp)
lemon zest

  1. Che bell'aspetto che ha questa torta, la proverò di sicuro! Interessante l'uso dell'eritritolo, una volta però ho provato ad usarlo in una crema pasticcera e ha dato un retrogusto amaro, per cui non ho capito se è adatto solo a dolci da forno :/ Tu per caso hai sperimentato?
