Today’s recipe is a homemade sugar-free and preservatives free condensed milk. Here I have used jaggery as a sweetener. Consumption of jaggery and milk together is one of the best options to lose weight. The mixture of milk and jaggery contains potassium, which improves metabolism and also reduces the problem of water retention. Jaggery and milk consumption helps to purify blood, reduces pain in joints, rectifies irregular and painful periods. Jaggery is beneficial for easy digestion and is rich in minerals.
Milk and jaggery together contain proteins, calcium, lactic acid, iron and minerals which provide many benefits to your health, strengthens the body and also protects your body from infections. You can use this condensed milk for making kheer, cakes and practically any sweet where you would use the regular condensed milk.
