  1. Dude, if you know you have the utensils to do this and thinking that it's too complicated for you, I'd say you challenge yourself this month and do this recipe. It could be said that I'm romanticizing this, but the experience of making and eating soup dumpling would prolly change your view about Chinese food. It's one those food where after you eat, you feel full and accomplished.

  2. Few indicators showing she is legit: 1. usage of ginger scallion water. 2. hand minced pork with ratio between fat and lean meat. 3. usage of two different doughs. Triggers me when other tutorials of soup dumpling not includes these steps and they sounds like they know what they doing.
