“STEAM BITTER GOURD WITH MINCED PORK”

INGREDIENTS:
= 1/4KL. PORK BELLY
= 1PC. BITTER GOURD

MARINATE PORK TO:
= ONION
= SALT
= CORNSTARCH
= PEPPER POWDER
= CHICKEN POWDER
= OYSTER SAUCE
= SOY SAUCE

PROCEDURE:
1. MINCED THE PORK TOGETHER WITH THE ONION, SALT, CORNSTARCH, PEPPER POWDER, CHICKEN POWDER, OYSTER SAUCE, & SOY SAUCE. PUT THE MEAR INSIDE OF BITTER GOURD.

2. PUT 3 CUPS OF WATER INTO PRESSURE COOKER, STEAM THE BITTER GOURD, IF YOU HEARD THE PRESSURE COOKER BOILING THEN START TO COUNT FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES. AFTER 10 MINUTES OFF THE STOVE THEN WAIT THE PRESSURE COOKER READY TO OPEN.
