Manchow soup is a soup popular in Indian Chinese cuisine due to its easy preparation and hot spicy taste. It is available in many restaurants and street food carts alike. Although the soup is named after Manchuria it does not resemble any that is normally found in the cuisines of the region. The origin of Manchow soup is Meghalaya.
It is a dark brown soup prepared with various vegetables, scallions and thickened with broth and cornflour, and flavored with generous doses of soy sauce, salt, garlic, chili peppers, and, predominantly, ginger. It may be both vegetarian or non-vegetarian. It is garnished with chopped spring onions and is served with crispy fried noodles.

  1. Good Lord, what a horrible soup “recipe” this is. She says add 3 cups of water and only adds 2 cups. Someone please tell her ladles are used for serving soup and not sautéing vegetables during cooking. Nothing but a pathetic product placement.

  2. You are advertising some wash formula for fruits and vegetable. Hope you have confirmed that it not chemical contained. And after washing the fruit and vagitable there will not any chemical residue on eating items… if it is … then you are putting your fame at stake for money…
