Keto friendly rice, otherwise known as konjac rice, is the perfect substitute for rice on the ketogenic diet. It’s full of fiber, super low in net carbs (because its high in fiber) and tastes absolutely amazing in comparison to cauliflower rice.

Make? Come on man. Also, I did this, still has the consistency of rubber.
Hi Which brand of rice is this please? I’m looking for konjac rice where the grains are a bit long
Finally! finally, some give me this answer!
Are we allowed to eat Konjac Rice in keto???
Does taste like real rice?
How long can you store it once it’s cooked though?
Rince it well first or it stinks to high heaven.
Thanks for the tip, will try it tomorrow. The original instructions provided was to just drain the liquid and rinse the rice and it can be eaten. But it just seems too strange.
I’ve just come across this rice at my health store. I started keto recently and I crave for rice whenever I see it around me and when I came across this, it was calling out to me. It almost sounded too good to be true. If it’s true, why aren’t the big keto Youtubers talking about it????? Please let me know if this will kick me out of KetoDiet. I bought the one from H&B. It says 0g carb and 4g fibre. Ingredients are:
purified water, konjac flour, organic oat fibre.
When I dry fry it does the water in it goes?
This is how to cook it, not how to make it! 🙄
I have never heard of Konjac rice. What is it?
