  1. My only complaint is that these videos always use erythritol. It gives me a severe laxative effect. I'm assuming you can just replace it with stevia? But obviously, it won't have the same volume and texture. Probably in some recipes it's ok for the swap, others, not so much.

Will have to try this with peppermint extract to see if it tastes like the cream cheese mints my family has always made for weddings, baby & wedding showers, Easter, birthdays, and any special occasion. Would be awesome to be able to have the flavor profile in a keto fat bomb! Thank you for sharing the recipe.

  3. These are AWESOME! So much easier and much, much quicker than making a regular cheesecake, and then having to refrigerate it overnight before it’s really ready to eat! Also, I can double the batch, divide it in half, and create 2 different flavors—🍋for me,🍓for my hubby—and then we’re both thrilled.
