  1. I made it. What's surprising, it taste even better as the days go by. That coconut comes through. Its so good. And unlike typical cakes, this cake doesn't take much to satisfy your sweet tooth. I really enjoy this recipe. I'm going to discover a keto friendly fruit to add to it. I want to make a two layer round cake and put the fruit in between the layers. But the parchment paper? I can't get into that … lol. I didn't use it. Is it used to not wash dishes without soaking them or something? But anyway, great recipe.

  2. You need to activate baking soda with acid before mixing it in. You missed that step and that's why your cake turned out with a weird greenish color and probably tasted bitter too. You can use baking powder as an alternative since it doesn't require acid but never use baking soda without acid.

  3. Can you please do a comparison of all the Keto breads out on market? I'm 3 weeks in on keto but I'm missing bread but am overwhelmed at the ones out there .(and cost…) I always buy the things you guys recommend and they've always been right.PLEASE help with the bread…..
