Real buttermilk has 7g carbs per 1/2 cup. Plus, when a recipe does call for buttermilk, you only need just a little bit so it’s a waste to buy it from the store.

Wow you have the most amazing eyes love you videos on keto recipe
I can’t use milk or cream, can you use coconut milk to make buttermilk?
Do you have a recipe for keto buttermilk biscuits ?
Can you please please do a keto classic meal for those of us doing medical keto with a 4-1 ratio of fat to protein and carbs. My prescription calls for 500 calorie meals with 4x the fat than protein or carb grams so no it’s not all bacon like people think or even cheese or meat in general because then you get too much protein and have to have a bunch of oil butter or mayonnaise to balance your ratios. 500 calories for main meals is typical as you have three meals and atleast two snacks. I know it’s a challenge but hopefully you can come up with something!
I'm shocked people don't know about this. Even before I started low carb/keto I knew adding one tablespoon of vinegar to one cup milk would create the equivalent of buttermilk. It makes sense to add more vinegar to heavy cream bc it's thicker & richer. Thank you tho, gf! People need to know these things.
I like your recipe but I wish you talk a little slow
Thanks!
Powdered buttermilk is available & dehydrated cream also.
😁
