2 Teaspoon Vegetable Broth Mix
1 Teaspoon Mushroom Seasoning
1-2 Teaspoons Shao Hsing Rice Cooking Wine
1/2 Teaspoon Rice Wine
1 Teaspoon Oil
Chinese Red Pepper Powder to taste

Silken Tofu
Baby Boy Choi or Napa Cabbage
Shiitake Mushrooms
Zucchini

  11. I'm watching your hot pot vegetable soup video when you make reference to the pot you are using. When I first saw you use a ceramic pot or what appears to be a ceramic pot I was amazed that it did not break under the direct flame which BTW brings back a memory for me of the day I decided to try that with my slow cooker ceramic pot which wasn't mine at all but one l had borrowed from my daughter. Needless to say it went kaboom well not really kaboom but it did in fact crack open and split apart. Years of cooking and all l could think to myself, "What were you thinking!" 💣🤔😬😰😨
