I am so excited share my homemade ketchup recipe that is sugar free! This idea got started when I noticed how expensive keto ketchup is at the store, and it turns out it is really easy to make sugar free homemade ketchup! It only costs $3.06 for 12 ounces of this paleo ketchup recipe, and the amount of effort is tiny! This homemade ketchup is paleo and keto approved, and all you need is some organic tomato paste and monk fruit, which I listed a link down below. Simmer the ketchup recipe for 45 minutes, blend it up, and you have homemade sugar free keto ketchup. I think we should do a homemade condiments series, what do you think!? Much Love..Bobby, Dessi, & Art XOXO

  2. Keto foods are more expensive because the market is lower (learn about supply/demand), and they also use artificial sweeteners, which, if you haven't noticed are 10 times the price of sugar. So, the ingredients are more expensive. It completely makes sense that these products are more expensive.

  3. I don't see any affordable online organic tomato paste in Canada or any at Walmart or (Costco) which is in another province (none in PEI) so I guess if I decide to make this and some of your other condiment recipes I'll just substitute the best and affordable product I can locate to come up with a better condiment.

  4. Good recipe. Thanks! My only tweek was to reduce the MonkFruit by 1 T knowing that you have a pretty midwest uber sweet tooth and that Heinz sugar-free is way too sweet for me. In fact, 4 Tbsps were almost too much. Bottom line – this is an excellent ketchup!
