HOW TO MAKE FRIED CABBAGE | KETO RECIPES | EASY Low Carb (Keto) Fried Cabbage | LOW CARB

Ingredients:
One small to medium sized cabbage
Thinly sliced small white onion
Thin slices of 1/4 of a green, red and yellow bell pepper
Any sausage or protein of your choice (you can skip the protein if you’d like)

Seasonings:
1/4 tsp Sea salt
1 tbs stevia Brown sugar
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp dried parsley
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp Onion powder
¼ tsp black pepper
2 tbs Butter
1 tbs Apple cider vinegar
2 tbs Extra virgin olive oil

Directions:
Cut the head of cabbage in half. Cut the core out of the cabbage. Cut each half again in half. Cut each cabbage quarter into small to medium sized slices. (*soak cut cabbage in water and salt or baking soda to clean them then rinse them off) Cut the sausage into bite sized pieces. Add olive oil to the pan on medium high heat. Add the sliced sausage to the pan and begin to brown. Add the vegetables to the pan. Saute together for 3-4 minutes until veggies begin to soften. Add cabbage. Add seasonings. Saute for about 15-18 minutes stirring every couple of minutes. Increase heat to high and fry cabbage for 2-3 minutes or until desired softness.
