  2. Thanks Wendy for this superb and colourful vegetable cutlet recipe. You have used frozen veggies for the cutlet. If we use fresh vegetables for the cutlet, do we have to steam or par boil them before adding to the mashed potatoes? Secondly have you used Panko breadcrumbs for these cutlets?….Please clarify …Thanks and God Bless!!!
